PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING

We suggest you ensure that your recipient is home receive their delicious gift or someone else who can receive it on their behalf.
If no one is at home to accept the delivery our couriers have authority to leave your gift at the premises (excluding gifts with alcohol-in which case a card will be left)
If there is a chance that nobody will be home it’s a great idea to leave short instructions for example; ‘please leave in shade on front verandah’ or ‘esky provided at front door’.
Please keep in mind Wicked Berries cannot be held liable for any deliveries to a destination where the recipient is not at home and the parcel is left unattended.

Unfortunately, under no circumstances can we guarantee a specific delivery time.
Although our packaging is ice packed we recommended popping it in the fridge and consuming as soon as possible once it arrives. Keeping the berries for 2+ days is not recommended.
 

IMPORTANT:
 

If sending gifts containing alcohol you must ensure that someone 18 or over will be at the address when it arrives.
If you are unsure, you could choose to surprise them at work with their gift or have it delivered to a family member or trustworthy neighbour just to be safe.


GATED COMMUNITIES, HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, HOTELS & COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES

Don’t be deterred in sending to these types of address. Provided instructions are made clear with as much information as possible our couriers will get it there.
Please keep in mind some of these addresses require parcels to be received at a delivery dock, so it is best to give as much detailed information as possible in order for your gift to reach the recipient the fastest way possible.
Most gated communities require a passcode for entry so it is important that if you do not have this information that the courier is able to access the property easily.
If they cannot deliver unfortunately gifts cannot be left outside a gated community so this may result in a re-delivery fee or your gift requiring collection from the depot. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Unfortunately Wicked Berries is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Wicked Berries is not open on public holidays so delivery for public holidays will go forward to the next delivery day.

WEATHER DELAYS

In the rare circumstance that your product is delayed or not delivered due to severe weather conditions couriers will usually not honour any guarantees and therefore, unfortunately neither can we.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Wicked Berries guarantees your gift will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order.
We have a very high success rate however if in the unlikely event your parcel is not received or is damaged Wicked Berries will replace it (overnight deliveries only) however replacement does not include alcohol or other products that arrived in good condition.
Our guarantee excludes orders where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided or where the product has been left unattended at the premises or redirection taken place.
