* please note postcodes starting with 27_ _ do not fall in the 'express' delivery zone. Currently we do not offer delivery to those postcodes at this time.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Can the courier call my recipient?

As this is an express service unfortunately the couriers do not offer this service. We suggest checking your recipient is home at some time on the delivery day.

What time will my gift arrive?

Your delicious gift can arrive anytime between the hours of 7.30am to 5.30pm.

What if no one is home to receive the gift?

All deliveries have an authority to leave so their gift will be left at the premises waiting for them should they not be home.

If the property needs a pin code, swipe card or security access it is essential you include these details to ensure a successful delivery. Wicked Berries is not liable should the property require the above to access for delivery.

What is included in the delivery price?

We use an express courier service to ensure a speedy transport of your precious delivery. Your Wicked Berries are also packaged in specialized packaging with ice pack coolers.

What are your delivery days?

Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday & Friday: All areas listed at the top of page

All weekdays: Gold Coast, QLD and Coffs Harbour ,NSW

Can I have a redirection?

If a redirection is requested by the customer or a representative of the customer a redirection fee may apply to cover freight plus administration costs. Redirection costs will vary depending on the destination for the redirection. Once redirection takes place, Wicked Berries cannot guarantee parcels will arrive overnight or via express.

I need to change the delivery address can I do this?

Any change of address must be notified strictly 48 hours prior to delivery. 

Do you deliver to gated communities, hospitals, schools & commercial addresses?

We sure do! Provided instructions are made clear and all pin codes are included in your instructions.

Please keep in mind that some hospitals and business' require deliveries to be received at the delivery dock so in order for your gift to reach the recipient successfully please include thorough details including names, departments, wards, floor level or anything that will assist with smooth delivery.

If the courier is unable to access the property this may result in a re delivery fee or your gift requiring collection from the depot by the recipient. 

Wicked Berries are not liable should the courier not be able to access the property for delivery.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason a request for cancellation must be received via email at least 24 hours prior to 1pm on the dispatch day. The dispatch day is the day the orders are sent out, not the day they are delivered.

What happens if I provide an incorrect address?

Wicked Berries is not responsible if the correct address is not supplied. We suggest double checking your details at the time of checkout to avoid dissapointment.

What happens if there is a weather delay?

In the rare circumstance that your product is delayed or not delivered due to severe weather conditions the courier will not honour guarantees and therefore , unfortunately neither can we with regards to freight cost or refunds. In this event, we will credit your Wicked Berries account to the same value of the product you ordered (less shipping) so you can place another order at a time convenient to you in the future.

Product Guarantee :

In the unlikely event your parcel is not received or is damaged (photos required) Wicked Berries will replace it. Replacement DOES NOT include alcohol or other products that arrived in good condition. Wicked Berries are not liable for extra compensation in the rare event that a parcel is not delivered on time or for any other reason in or beyond our control.

All matters are handled discretely via email or phone and as swiftly as possible. As our customers we are here to look after you.

Please note: product replacement excludes orders where an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address has been provided, or where the product has been left unattended at the premises, or redirection taken place.

Wicked Berries are not liable should your gift be left with reception or a loading dock and your gift is not passed on by staff at the premises of delivery.
