Kerry has been involved in the Australian Baking Industry for 24 years. Since commencing his Pastry Cooking apprenticeship in1987 he has never looked back.
Picking up some prestigious awards along the way including:
- NSW Top Apprentice of the Year
- NSW/VIC winner of the Australian Baking Industry National Scholarship Awards
- National winner of the ABINSA
- North Coast Business Awards category winner
