IMPORTANT:

Depending on the destination required for overnight deliveries, in some cases the Wicked Berries have to be ready by 12pm the day ahead for our couriers to pick up.  Therefore… please allow as much notice as possible when placing orders to ensure we can get your goods to the recipient in time.

It is vitally important to us that you receive your Wicked Berries in perfect condition!

In saying this, due to the perishable nature of strawberries, Wicked Berries are delivered only to the following places via overnight delivery service in order to maintain freshness and a quality product on arrival:

Simply place your order with any product under the ‘Wicked Cake Bomb’ range and expect the same WOW factor (as our strawberries) to be delivered when it comes to presentation and mind blowing taste.

Weekends:

Please be aware that our couriers DO NOT operate during the weekend. If you require a couriered product to be delivered on a Monday, it is best to order Wicked Berries Cake Bombs so your gift can be dispatched on Thursday or Friday the week before (depending on the recipient destination) and arrive in time on Monday.

Signature release:

All orders are shipped signature release, unless otherwise indicated. 

Shipping to commercial addresses, hospitals, hotels, schools, and gated communities:

If you are sending your gift to a business or hotel please be aware that our carriers may take the package back to a holding depot if they are unable to deliver because the business is closed or have no access. We recommend you notify the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product.

Packaging:

We provide creative, elegant and practical presentations for each of our orders with a variety of inner/outer packing to guarantee your satisfaction.

Availability:

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to have plenty of inventory on hand especially during peak gifting periods.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, Wicked Berries reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value in order to meet your ship date requirements.

Shipping Guarantee:

Wicked Berries guarantees your package will arrive in perfect condition to the address stated on your order. This excludes orders for which we are given incorrect or incomplete addresses. Our Product is 100% guaranteed to arrive in good condition; however we cannot be responsible for product left unattended and/or left unrefrigerated upon arrival. It is also the senders responsibility to ensure that somebody is home for delivery or that measures have been put in place so the Wicked Berries are safe.

Weather Delays:

If your product is delayed, damaged or not delivered due to severe weather conditions, shipping carriers will usually not honour any guarantees and therefore, unfortunately neither can we.

Shipping Information for warmer months:

All orders during the months of November through to April require additional packaging and protection.  A nominal charge of $4.95 is added to cover the additional cost of ice packing and/or wrapping.  We recommend notifying the receiving party about your delivery and the perishable nature of the product.
